Brick Wood Fired Bistro was established in September 15′ by Jason Nagers (owner/GM), and his family (Ronda & Tim Tracy). They wanted to bring a fun and modern atmosphere to their hometown neighborhood while still maintaining that small-town “ locals” feel. Together they created Brick, a rustic American wood fired inspired restaurant, focusing on fresh local sustainable ingredients, and the beauty of simplicity.
